Hair Care
Yes, please follow the instructions below for your hair type:
Straight hair: For best results, please co-wash bundles in cool water with sulfate free products. When shampooing your bundles, gently stroke downwards. Be sure to rinse bundles thoroughly. To ensure that this is done correctly, soak each bundle in cool water. If the water appears to be cloudy, the bundles have not been properly rinsed. Since this step is very important, please rinse your bundles again. Improper rinsing will cause your hair to be lifeless, stiff and dry. Make sure that each bundle is open to dry. It is best to hang them on a pants hanger overnight.
Kinky hair: Please use products such as Mixed Chicks, Shea Moisture, or Curls Unleashed. Plat hair into at least four braids and apply the product cream of your choice. For best results, apply while hair is wet. This will avoid hair from frizzing and/or swelling. To avoid a mildew smell, never allow the water to saturate into your braids.
Once bundles are installed, never sleep without a weave protector such as a scarf or silk bonnet. Dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water or not combing out daily will lead to tangle and shedding. Please follow hair care instructions and use good shampoo & conditioner to wash hair twice a week.

Kinky hair: We recommend using products such as Mixed Chicks, Shea Moisture, or Curls Unleashed.
It is safe to flat iron Genie Bundle hair between 360 – 410 degrees (°F)
3-4 are needed for a full head. If you are purchasing hair longer than 20 inces, purchase 4 bundles. Or you can also combine a closure or frontal to make a full head.
A few strands initial shedding of new hair is normal. We always suggest customer seal weft before installing and brushing it with wide-tooth comb. Excessive shedding will cause by weft cutting or dryness. Please always seal the ends if you cut weft for installation and keep it moisturized.
Payment, Orders & Shipping
After selecting your desired product, click Add to Cart then Checkout, PayPal or PayPal Credit. To use an alternative payment option, please contact our customer service and we help you with the payment.
Please select the My Account link in the top menu or in our site footer. Then select Orders, scroll down to shipping information to view when your order was shipped. Your tracking number is also viewable with a link to the shipping provider.
We accept PayPal, PayPal Credit, Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express. Your credit card will be charged upon placement of your order.
We also accept payments from CashApp. If you’d like to pay using this method please contact us to complete your order.
Before contacting us, please make sure that your billing and Credit Card information is correct. If you are still having trouble, please contact us for assistance to complete your order. Please make sure the shipping address is the same as the address you set in your PayPal account, otherwise it will take time to verify and cause a delay in your shipment.
We offer shipping to the United States and Canada.
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an order email with your order information and tracking number. Please provide the correct email address to ensure delivery. You can also login to your account to obtain your tracking number and review details of your order. You can use the tracking number on the following tracking links to find the tracking status.

Upon confirmation of your completed payment, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow 3-4 days for your order to be prepared for shipping.
WIGS: If you are purchasing a custom wig, the turn-around time for each unit is 7-14 business days, with an additional 3-4 days for your order to be prepared for shipping.

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds will be distributed unless you do not receive your unit within the turn-around time. If you are not satisfied with the style, color or wig fit you must file a complaint through email within 24 hours of receiving your unit. Please contact us.
Genie Bundles hair extensions cannot be exchanged for ANY reason if the package has been opened. According to Regulated Hygiene Laws, hair extension exchanges must have the seal intact and not broken. NO exceptions can be made. If the package has not been opened, it must be returned within 30 days of receiving the hair extensions.
Booking Appointments
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment. Your deposit will be applied to your total. If you are a no-show for your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. If you wish to pay for a service in full and miss your appointment an additional $25 is required to rebook. If you pay in full and do not call or show up for your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. Frontals require a $50 deposit when booking. Deposits go toward your service.
Product Warranties
All wigs/units are hand-made and durable. Genie Units can last up to 2 years or more with proper maintenance. Each genie unit comes with a one-year warranty. This warranty covers any tracks detached from the unit, shedding or tangling. Coverage for shedding or balding of lace closure and or frontals must be disclosed up to 4 weeks after product(s) is received.
Some units are not suggested for everyday use. Full lace units are designed for performances, events etc. Genie Units is not responsible for any issues regarding wigs, extensions, or color if purchaser’s hair was not provided by Genie Bundles and the warranty will be not cover these types of wigs/units.
